Shipment of your order

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Germany for EU clients, warehouse in New York for US clients and warehouse in London for our UK clients. 

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT +1 will be processed the same working day.

Shipping method

Your order will be shipped with UPS or DPD. The tracking number will be updated once shipped, and you will be kept up-to-date throughout the process

Delivery time

Your order will be delivered within 2-4 working days after shipment, depending on your location
