The Schülke octenisan® wash gloves, ready to use, are suitable for washing the whole body regardless of washing facilities, especially for washing immobile people in need of care and bedridden patients in intensive care and infection wards. For cleaning and caring for the skin and for washing the whole body in the case of MRE.
 

Application

If necessary, the packaging can be heated in the microwave (30 seconds/600 W) or in a warming cabinet (e.g. TM16 - Supporting Healthcare GmbH).
For a refreshing wash, the packaging can be cooled beforehand (max. 24 hours at +5°C). Carefully open the soft pack and remove an octenisan® wash mitt as required. Clean the skin and allow the soaking solution to take effect for at least 30 seconds. Make sure that the skin is completely wet, especially in the armpit area, between the fingers and toes, and other skin folds. Rinsing with water is not necessary.
For daily hair washing, we recommend the octenisan® wash cap. If patients do not want to miss out on the feeling of a classic hair wash, the octenisan® wash lotion is recommended.
If the skin is used daily for a longer period of time, the skin should be cleaned in between (e.g. weekly) with a wash lotion and water.

One glove per body region (plus two gloves in reserve):

1. Face, neck and chest
2. Right arm and armpit
3. Left arm and armpit
4. Front of abdomen
5. Right leg
6. Left leg
7. Back
8. Back of abdomen

Not suitable for children under 3 years.

Do not use if you have known allergies or if you suspect you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Please do not use any care products (e.g. care lotions) when washing patients with octenisan®. Do not use in combination with PVP-iodine products.
